In a large bowl whisk together all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients (water & apple cider vinegar) to dry and mix until combined. In a non-stick skillet or sauté pan on medium to medium high heat cook pancakes on both sides to desired size and color.
Watch for an array of bubbles forming on the uncooked side up of the pancake, as they indicate that the bottom is cooked and may be ready to be flipped upwards. Serve.
