Some of my culinary background includes luxury brands the Ritz Carlton, Marriott, and Fairmont. Going into cooking for Chef's such as Michael Mina, Mario Batali, Jose Garces, and several of Bravo's Top Chefs. I have spent over a decade in the mainstream culinary industry, working and supporting the vision of another . This is the expression of my movement, my passion, and my muse... rebirthed.
