Bahamian Conch* Salad 

This is a very traditional recipe for Conch* Salad minus the actual conch of course. The best part about this recipe is one you've had your fill, you can easily turn the leftovers into conch fritters. One of my favorite sides I love serving my Caribbean family members.

1-1/4c Mock Conch (small chopped)

1/2c Green Bell Pepper (small chopped)

1/2c Onion (small chopped)

1/2c Tomatoes (small-med chop)

1/3c Orange Juice (fresh squeeze)

1/4c Lime Juice (fresh squeeze)

Sea Salt TT

Equipment

-Chef’s Knife

-Cutting Board

-Kitchen Towel

-Mixing Bowl

-Small Pot

-Airtight Storage Container

-Tasting Spoon

-Serving Dish

For the conch salad, mix all ingredients and a medium bowl and season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Allow to marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator. Serve
