Makes 4-6 Toasts
1ea Banana (ripe, medium-large)
1/2c Almond Milk
1-1/2t Cinnamon (ground)
1/2t Vanilla Extract
Sea Salt (small pinch)
6 Slices of Bread small (or 4 large slices)
Fresh Bananas
Berries Maple Syrup
-Medium Mixing Bowl
-Blender
-Spatula
-Non-Stick Griddle/Large Saute Pan
-Large Plate
-Measuring Spoons
-Serving Dish/Plate
Blend all ingredients with the exception of the bread slices, in a high speed blender until smooth. Taste for any flavor adjustments (additional cinnamon or vanilla extract). Pour puree onto a large plate or saucer.
Preheat your non-stick griddle to medium heat. Coat bread slices with puree on each side. Grill each slice of french toast on each side until golden brown.
Plate with Fresh berries, bananas, maple syrup and serve.
